• Technical & Usage Analytics: IP address, browser type, operating system version, and general usage metrics to ensure portal reliability and security.

3. Mobile Application Data & Permissions

Our mobile applications (available on Android and iOS) are built to respect your privacy and only request necessary device permissions:

• Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint / Face ID): Used exclusively for secure, local login verification. Biometric data is processed locally by your device's secure hardware enclave (Keychain / Keystore) and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Internet Access: Required to fetch live portfolio valuations, NAV updates, and account statements.
• Storage / Document Viewer: Required solely if you choose to download or export PDF financial calculator reports or Consolidated Account Statements (CAS) to your device.
• No Background Location or Microphone Access: We do not track background GPS location, access device microphones, or read SMS/contacts.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for legitimate financial advisory and regulatory operations:

• To facilitate seamless mutual fund investments, redemptions, switches, and SIP mandate registrations with SEBI-registered fund houses.
• To generate accurate portfolio valuation reports, capital gains statements, and goal progress summaries.
• To communicate important regulatory updates, market notifications, and requested portfolio reviews.
• To comply with regulatory mandates under SEBI, AMFI, RBI, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
